This is an update of our newest alert, OCTO.

Following our alert this morning, OCTO opened today just under 0.74 and so far, rallied as high as 0.77.

OCTO has a 50 day moving average of 0.71.

In the event that OCTO holds and closes above its 50 day moving average, there exists potential for a rally higher.

Recently, OCTO rallied upwards of 25% in just under a month to a recent high of 0.89.

That is more than 20% from today’s open.

Plus, OCTO has a RSI of 48, suggesting the opportunity for increased upside.

As a reminder, most recently the company announced:

• “Eightco announces Full-Year 2023 Financial Results”
• “Eightco announces Paul Vassilakos as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Certain Balance Sheet Improvements”
• “Eightco announces early repayment of debt, private placement and certain changes at the parent company level”

In the company’s most recent press release from April, they highlighted:

• “2023 revenues of $75.3 million up 137% year-over-year from $31.8 million, driven by cell phone sales, beating guidance of $73.0 million”
• “2023 SG&A excluding Depreciation & Amortization of $5.2 million, down 45% as a result of elimination of costs related to historical business efforts”

Further, in the first quarter of 2024, the Company announced the repayment of a highly dilutive debt security and cancelled and repurchased a significant amount of warrants, delivering a cleaner capital structure that will help support our growth going forward.”
